Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bonfiglioli products, including obsoleted and phased-out Foote-jones parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dynacorp product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bonfiglioli such as the 305L2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1803HLE manufactured by Foote-jones and we are pleased to be able to service most Foote-jones systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3041905 by Manufacturer Dynacorp as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Amarillo Brand 1712131 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dodge such as 20A15R14L500FH equipment made by Dodge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dodge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dodge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 262UH60 made by Morse as well as the popular 311 original spares produced by Rexnord
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 300Q180R10 by Morse and 20A15R14L500FH spares by Dodge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 32028XM90NM1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Timken.
