Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Lin 5718M-05DE-18RO parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lotseite products, including obsoleted and phased-out Linmot parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Lovato product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lotseite such as the 6967030020 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 01501616 manufactured by Linmot and we are pleased to be able to service most Linmot systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ADXC037400 by Manufacturer Lovato as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Liquid Brand 725 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Link-Belt such as 862W30329464101H equipment made by Link-Belt have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Link-Belt products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Link-Belt" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available A2B20X4HC2S made by Lin-act as well as the popular 5010201 original spares produced by Link-Electric

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 507D by Link-Belt and 862W30329464101H spares by Link-Belt are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original T2990 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lincoln.
