Leuze Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Leuze Lumiflex and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Leuze Lumiflex include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the Lumiflex if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our Lumiflex repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BC1200 manufactured by Lust and we are pleased to be able to service most Lust systems and parts. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Lust Brand CDD34005C21 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M50026905 by Madison and SD4R30 spares by Leuze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
