Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kuka KR 6 R900 Sixx parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Krohne products, including obsoleted and phased-out Krauss-Maffei parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Krauss-Maffei product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Krohne such as the IFS40006 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5004200 manufactured by Krauss-Maffei and we are pleased to be able to service most Krauss-Maffei systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5004525 by Manufacturer Krauss-Maffei as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Label-aire Brand 7465653 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Keyence such as KV80R equipment made by Keyence have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Keyence products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Keyence" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 858200H3010245138 made by Kubler as well as the popular SP2005096857 original spares produced by Krauss-Maffei

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A4T11NB3A by Krenz and KV80R spares by Keyence are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CSTMHMS2021 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Labsphere.
