Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kuka 00-130-547 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kws products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lebow parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Larco product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kws such as the 1501FM1957 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1254E307300 manufactured by Lebow and we are pleased to be able to service most Lebow systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 212964 by Manufacturer Larco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Laetus Brand 5370LAETUSC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kuka such as E93DA123I4B531XX4A23 equipment made by Kuka have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kuka products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kuka" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 16620124A made by Kuroda as well as the popular CBL502605 original spares produced by Lcd

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 100007 by Leeson and E93DA123I4B531XX4A23 spares by Kuka are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 102860 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leeson.
