Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mark-10 such as the DC4020 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6075TE2B manufactured by Moog and we are pleased to be able to service most Moog systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CN7823 by Manufacturer Omega as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Moore Brand 0MMRS485U1830DC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Siemens such as 6ES71314BD010AA0 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available JW20CM made by Sharp as well as the popular HTIM001110AT original spares produced by Prodew-Inc.
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E5CNR2P by Omron and 6ES71314BD010AA0 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
