Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kongsberg SPBUS-HUB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Koyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pepperl-+-Fuchs parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kuroda product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Koyo such as the D206B1D2CMD232TD2D204TRSF208TRD2E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 132958 manufactured by Pepperl-+-Fuchs and we are pleased to be able to service most Pepperl-+-Fuchs systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PC1024ZLWFT1 by Manufacturer Kuroda as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Krones Brand 5745960051 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kss such as W7016 equipment made by Kss have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kss products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kss" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available T85860BF313001 made by Kuebler as well as the popular 070300000102 original spares produced by Kontron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 00100596 by Kuka and W7016 spares by Kss are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XTM1901500SG Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kulite.
