Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kollmorgen B-202-B-23 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kuebler products, including obsoleted and phased-out Landis-System parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Lear-Siegler product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kuebler such as the 901159 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EL640350D2 manufactured by Landis-System and we are pleased to be able to service most Landis-System systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8003006113D by Manufacturer Lear-Siegler as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Lebow Brand 21021K in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kontron such as 010230000174 equipment made by Kontron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kontron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kontron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MC1510C11512VDC made by Koso as well as the popular E93DA113I4B531XX2A22 original spares produced by Kuka

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PLCSA0044 by Laser-Mech and 010230000174 spares by Kontron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 81007032001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lam-Research.
