Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kollmorgen AKM51G-ANC2R-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kuka products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kuroda-Sanyo-Denki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Leeds product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kuka such as the 1FK60326AK711ZZ9Z spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RRAK manufactured by Kuroda-Sanyo-Denki and we are pleased to be able to service most Kuroda-Sanyo-Denki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1021812 by Manufacturer Leeds as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Leeson Brand 11583 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kuka such as E93DA552I4B531XX2D22 equipment made by Kuka have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kuka products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kuka" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available UC331 made by Koyo as well as the popular 6030001 original spares produced by Labconco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CBL502607 by Lcd and E93DA552I4B531XX2D22 spares by Kuka are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1254E307300 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lebow.
