Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kel-tech K63A W63U parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mannesmann products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mae parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Martin product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mannesmann such as the KBL71 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HY2003450350A8 manufactured by Mae and we are pleased to be able to service most Mae systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 100B26H by Manufacturer Martin as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Link-Belt Brand MWH085XB1B143T072 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mannesmann such as KBA equipment made by Mannesmann have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mannesmann products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mannesmann" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EHV2120E160 made by Kone as well as the popular NU214RC3FY original spares produced by Koyo

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 46320REVR by Lintech and KBA spares by Mannesmann are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HSC21402F250 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kone.
