Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kel-tech AL1244C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kohara products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lind-Jacobsen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Leroy-Somer product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kohara such as the SM430 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K25CB manufactured by Lind-Jacobsen and we are pleased to be able to service most Lind-Jacobsen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E26SF184C by Manufacturer Leroy-Somer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Kop-Flex Brand 20EB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Link-Belt such as MU1309CV equipment made by Link-Belt have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Link-Belt products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Link-Belt" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 26107232121J68C made by Kop-Flex as well as the popular M60012412C original spares produced by Magnaloy

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HY2003450350A8 by Mae and MU1309CV spares by Link-Belt are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3093 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mach-Iii.
