Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kaye KAYE Instruments - Part #B0900 H1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Homag products, including obsoleted and phased-out Keyence parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kebco product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Homag such as the 12F4S1D4A01124008390546V20 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BLN70UBE manufactured by Keyence and we are pleased to be able to service most Keyence systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature F412F4C1D3420 by Manufacturer Kebco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Keba Brand D1456D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Keb such as M71c2 equipment made by Keb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Keb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Keb" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available KH424613A made by Ketchie-Houston as well as the popular 00F40800019 original spares produced by Keb

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 400060002RevW2L42074R by Kensington and M71c2 spares by Keb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 09F4T601009 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keb.
