Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mts parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Micromotion product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the RT3XC11 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GHS0180UD601V0 manufactured by Mts and we are pleased to be able to service most Mts systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CMF050H520NU by Manufacturer Micromotion as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Kenlab Brand KS4x4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Linde such as 861107455 equipment made by Linde have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Linde products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Linde" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 34T0438730 made by Marposs as well as the popular LJV7001 original spares produced by Keyence
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PBT2 by Montalvo and 861107455 spares by Linde are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TH110 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keyence.
