Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Karl F5 B2F5S3D36EC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Homag products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kearney parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kaydon product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Homag such as the 4008390412 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ASSY12176201 manufactured by Kearney and we are pleased to be able to service most Kearney systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 51635001OJ5R by Manufacturer Kaydon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Kearney Brand 1219801612129302 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kawasaki such as 509992612R05 equipment made by Kawasaki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kawasaki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kawasaki" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 509991557R10 made by Kawasaki as well as the popular 506071054 original spares produced by Kawasaki

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KBIC240D by Kb-Electronics and 509992612R05 spares by Kawasaki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 10F4S1D4A1112 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keb.
