Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kar-tech 1A0014C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Keller-Instrumart products, including obsoleted and phased-out Keithly parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kawasaki product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Keller-Instrumart such as the 05070420705131613 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KPCI3116 manufactured by Keithly and we are pleased to be able to service most Keithly systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TO7854 by Manufacturer Kawasaki as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Kelley Brand 709914 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Keyence such as C750 equipment made by Keyence have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Keyence products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Keyence" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PRG51P made by Keyence as well as the popular 509992327 original spares produced by Kawasaki

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 04F5S3AYE01 by Kebco and C750 spares by Keyence are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3MC302G3DRAEKJ1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kawasaki.
