Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Paterson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cleveland parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dodge product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Paterson such as the NC529KE1UH00A02 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M4011AA10LD18 manufactured by Cleveland and we are pleased to be able to service most Cleveland systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M85085 by Manufacturer Dodge as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Fafnir Brand MMN520BS52PPDM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Prestolite such as MSV4001 equipment made by Prestolite have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Prestolite products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Prestolite" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PX7040R3 made by Sumitomo as well as the popular NTR23010 original spares produced by Thomson
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PE090003 by Apex and MSV4001 spares by Prestolite are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MR94628HXZ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dodge.
