Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Jason 880-RPP8 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Melles-Griot products, including obsoleted and phased-out Meltex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Met-pro-Corporation product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Melles-Griot such as the 05LPL379045 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ES45FBS10SLFBS10SLFBS10S200602 manufactured by Meltex and we are pleased to be able to service most Meltex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 171198 by Manufacturer Met-pro-Corporation as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mez Brand 34APB714 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mettler such as PH2100E equipment made by Mettler have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mettler products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mettler" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GD5510E made by Melec as well as the popular 8837341 original spares produced by Metrolight

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A055C1D0R080E by Ferraz-Shawmut and PH2100E spares by Mettler are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SW60006321202 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Metrix.
