Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ironman 707069L TXMQ3-2.964-180TC-180TC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lenze products, including obsoleted and phased-out Komatsu parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Leeson product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lenze such as the D492371B1412304063 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0733200600 manufactured by Komatsu and we are pleased to be able to service most Komatsu systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature hm8245180h by Manufacturer Leeson as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Kawasaki Brand 602101058 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Keb such as 7162400013U equipment made by Keb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Keb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Keb" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 5310CD3 made by Koyo as well as the popular NM6000 original spares produced by Lufkin

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5B60SK by Leeson and 7162400013U spares by Keb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SPR016766BSAR3X3954 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kop-Flex.
