Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Invensys 23001-2IS parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Invertek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ipc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Alphametals product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Invertek such as the ODE31200701F12 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AIT2 manufactured by Ipc and we are pleased to be able to service most Ipc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7246 by Manufacturer Alphametals as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Irvine-Optical Brand UWHOCRDRVRREVA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ion-Systems such as 4210 equipment made by Ion-Systems have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IS200ADIIH1AAA by Ge and 4210 spares by Ion-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 493085514 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Iteris-Sterling.
