Intelledex Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Intelledex 405 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Intelledex 405 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the 405 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our 405 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ipc such as the D3000MKII9101222025 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the W842034900 manufactured by Iron-Man and we are pleased to be able to service most Iron-Man systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 85354 by Manufacturer Ion-Track as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Foxboro Brand IAP20T22C21FL1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ion-Track such as 17107585374 equipment made by Ion-Track have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 950012D0491 by Ipm and 17107585374 spares by Ion-Track are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
