Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Inservco TRW 750-330-000 / 94120326 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Invensys products, including obsoleted and phased-out Intoximeter parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ion-Systems product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Invensys such as the L0111KWA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F00015902 manufactured by Intoximeter and we are pleased to be able to service most Intoximeter systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5024 by Manufacturer Ion-Systems as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ipanema Brand 1409X4GBCF512HD2505XG4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Internix such as PF810ASEHD4 equipment made by Internix have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 10256 made by Intralux as well as the popular 823DPI3S1NM2B original spares produced by Foxboro

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 113S by Interroll and PF810ASEHD4 spares by Internix are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AD90000B4MADU18to38 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Introtek.
