Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Jamesbury products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ite parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Itt product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Jamesbury such as the ER2501Q spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A203G manufactured by Ite and we are pleased to be able to service most Ite systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 185984101L by Manufacturer Itt as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Johnson-Controls Brand D32462 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Johnson-Controls such as D31532 equipment made by Johnson-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Johnson-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Johnson-Controls" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1000134001 made by Integrated-Measurement-Systems as well as the popular 61050042953 original spares produced by Jackson
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 77356349A3 by Joslyn-Clard and D31532 spares by Johnson-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
