Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Inmotion 3HAB8101-1/06C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Johnson-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ishida parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Jlem product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Johnson-Controls such as the VG2231TM916GGA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P5532A1 manufactured by Ishida and we are pleased to be able to service most Ishida systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P754T12 by Manufacturer Jlem as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Jlem Brand PE1004T02 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Is-Steinsohn such as A075021000700 equipment made by Is-Steinsohn have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Is-Steinsohn products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Is-Steinsohn" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ODP35150USA made by Invertek-Drives as well as the popular AB515 original spares produced by John-Crane

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PTE0803Y101 by Innovative-Technology and A075021000700 spares by Is-Steinsohn are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 37337U Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Intel.
