Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Indramat MAC090C-0-GD-3-C/110-R-0/WI520LV/S005 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Marathon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Camco product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the K330 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LQJ56C34D5520FP manufactured by Marathon and we are pleased to be able to service most Marathon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M350RGS5H20120LH by Manufacturer Camco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Giddings--Lewis Brand M10156949 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Carpanelli such as MA56b4 equipment made by Carpanelli have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Carpanelli products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Carpanelli" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available K16970605951 made by Watt-Drive as well as the popular M1761T original spares produced by Baldor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MA94762L1 by Baldor and MA56b4 spares by Carpanelli are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M319052 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc.
