Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Indramat 2AD132D-B050A1-AS03 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lin-Engineering products, including obsoleted and phased-out Invensys parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Deltech product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lin-Engineering such as the 4118M60D01ROE2400197NEDDB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 585A00016030631 manufactured by Invensys and we are pleased to be able to service most Invensys systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DT50T5 by Manufacturer Deltech as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cmc Brand 540B29826 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by York such as 37101072D017 equipment made by York have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 8C57D made by Reliance-Electric as well as the popular 3119201550 original spares produced by Square-D

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6182BGDZACA by Allen-Bradley and 37101072D017 spares by York are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PN9800109201 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Genmark-Automation.
