Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ina PSHE35-TV-FA125.5 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kel-tech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ina parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kamo-Seiko product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kel-tech such as the K63AW63U spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RCJY212 manufactured by Ina and we are pleased to be able to service most Ina systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BR50SH18SS011 by Manufacturer Kamo-Seiko as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Jameco-Reliapro Brand 57BYG084R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Intralox such as A1D944DCC1LB00 equipment made by Intralox have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Intralox products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Intralox" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RCJT60N made by Ina as well as the popular TSHE35N original spares produced by Ina

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BR65UH20GS243 by Kamo and A1D944DCC1LB00 spares by Intralox are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TCJ40N Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ina.
