Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nsk such as the ESAJB015AF520 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RC231HA manufactured by Rorze and we are pleased to be able to service most Rorze systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ESALYA2AF520 by Manufacturer Nsk as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Load Brand PMP25V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ls such as SV008iG5A2 equipment made by Ls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ls" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CPL5221B by Samsung and SV008iG5A2 spares by Ls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
