Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Iei Rocky-3785EV parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dy4-Systems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dynavision parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Siemens product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dy4-Systems such as the SVME16043863A154226P1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S6102 manufactured by Dynavision and we are pleased to be able to service most Dynavision systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S42024C3218C1 by Manufacturer Siemens as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cutler-Hammer Brand SV9010AP5M0A00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Baldor such as SD4006F equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SKET40016E made by Semikron as well as the popular SKKH27314E original spares produced by Semikron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SKKT17218E by Semikron and SD4006F spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SKKH50018E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Semikron.
