Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Hub 0270-07600 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Alpha products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dodge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Morse product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Alpha such as the 100SMF1101H1PampG spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 180CM40A manufactured by Dodge and we are pleased to be able to service most Dodge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 100HR by Manufacturer Morse as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Leeson Brand 115230v in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sew-eurodive such as 1060HZ equipment made by Sew-eurodive have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew-eurodive products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew-eurodive" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1107C made by Tb-Woods as well as the popular 070SMF2160D13S original spares produced by Wittenstein

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 07UCBN2AA28A1B by Falk and 1060HZ spares by Sew-eurodive are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1525WOF3A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Falk.
