Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Honeywell R7510B-1003-4 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mro products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ag-Alba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Square-D product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mro such as the VE700G spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BDM01 manufactured by Ag-Alba and we are pleased to be able to service most Ag-Alba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SCP424 by Manufacturer Square-D as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Norand Brand RM50HSLR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dolan-Jenner such as SS95040000 equipment made by Dolan-Jenner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dolan-Jenner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dolan-Jenner" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SR9SQCIG1 made by Toshiba as well as the popular K01609 original spares produced by Aaon

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TRS1022 by Johnson-Controls and SS95040000 spares by Dolan-Jenner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TLC4342F312111 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Berger-Lahr.
