Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Hoffman HOFFMAN CPFP5560 16242 ALUMINUM FRONT PA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cognex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Iai parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Beckhoff product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cognex such as the IS5100C10 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IFMA1LI2001800T manufactured by Iai and we are pleased to be able to service most Iai systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KL3484 by Manufacturer Beckhoff as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Indramat Brand MAC112D0ED4C130A0WI520LVS005 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fanuc such as IC5005TBN0000 equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IC9516460BB002AA015 made by Ge as well as the popular IWS2513 original spares produced by Nematron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KEU06453608 by Ktron and IC5005TBN0000 spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LK2100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keyence.
