Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Hirschmann 8M (GM) MANAGED IP67 ETHERNET SWITCH parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hirschmann products, including obsoleted and phased-out Seiki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hitachi product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hirschmann such as the RS201600T1T1SDUAHH spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HDCD10370001 manufactured by Seiki and we are pleased to be able to service most Seiki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P250ECPEDT4BJ by Manufacturer Hitachi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Hoffman Brand HDP5ETH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by National-Instruments such as 999 equipment made by National-Instruments have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire National-Instruments products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "National-Instruments" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available J18HS7003 made by Hi-speed as well as the popular LS658D original spares produced by Hoffman

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GK005801 by Hitran and 999 spares by National-Instruments are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GXJr100WEGE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hitachi.
