Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fuji such as the RYS401S3VVS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S801T30N3B manufactured by Eaton and we are pleased to be able to service most Eaton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SD4030A by Manufacturer Baldor as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Semikron Brand SKD21016 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Square-D such as PJL36100CU44AYDYQ equipment made by Square-D have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Square-D products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Square-D" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available S1320001 made by Esc as well as the popular S42024C3014A1 original spares produced by Siemens
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RTL400 by Raytel and PJL36100CU44AYDYQ spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
