Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Micro-Motion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tyco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Yaskawa product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Micro-Motion such as the R025S113NCAAEZZZZ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S30810Q2929X5 manufactured by Tyco and we are pleased to be able to service most Tyco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGDMA5ADA by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Contec Brand PIO1616LPCV in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nachi such as RTC201 equipment made by Nachi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nachi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nachi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SGA404A400CO made by Fuji as well as the popular RD316T35W original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the QPI31200S2PB by Total-Control and RTC201 spares by Nachi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PDA71 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hilti.
