Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Harmonic HA-400-5-230-SO parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Jordan-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ingersoll parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Indramat product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Jordan-Controls such as the SM17300445 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 93972750 manufactured by Ingersoll and we are pleased to be able to service most Ingersoll systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R911222732 by Manufacturer Indramat as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Indramat Brand RAC22200460A0121 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hoffman such as CSD603812 equipment made by Hoffman have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hoffman products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hoffman" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HDS032W100NHS1201F made by Indramat as well as the popular TVM1250200300W1 original spares produced by Indramat

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the J300220HFU by Hitachi and CSD603812 spares by Hoffman are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SJ700D055HFUF3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hitachi.
