Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hayssen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Haug parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hdb product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hayssen such as the HayssenPN10717A0724 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2102200 manufactured by Haug and we are pleased to be able to service most Haug systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EMH3402U14B by Manufacturer Hdb as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Hayward Brand LB6124 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by German-Power such as SLP01V30 equipment made by German-Power have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire German-Power products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "German-Power" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 308194006 made by Hathaway as well as the popular 12M32610 original spares produced by Harland
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MRD274TFA209 by Hawker-Siddeley and SLP01V30 spares by German-Power are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8584901 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hathaway.
