Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Haltec MPS23-160-023R parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Heidenhain products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toho parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Haydon-Switch product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Heidenhain such as the LS603c1240mm spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HEATERCONTROL manufactured by Toho and we are pleased to be able to service most Toho systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 57H4A05920 by Manufacturer Haydon-Switch as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Heidenhain Brand 31072750 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Harnischfeger such as 479U16D1 equipment made by Harnischfeger have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Harnischfeger products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Harnischfeger" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HI1769WSIILLC003731 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular HI215130WCPMA1B8 original spares produced by Hardy

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ERN1085204801 by Heidenhain and 479U16D1 spares by Harnischfeger are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
