Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Goodyear 14GTR-3500-68 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fafnir products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dynatorq parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dodge product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fafnir such as the 2MM9305WI spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3041905T manufactured by Dynatorq and we are pleased to be able to service most Dynatorq systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 210DM5A by Manufacturer Dodge as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Morse Brand 262Q56L40 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Browning such as 262Q56LR20A equipment made by Browning have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Browning products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Browning" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 300Q140L15 made by Morse as well as the popular 300Q56LR25 original spares produced by Morse-Raider

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 20Q05LR56 by Dodge and 262Q56LR20A spares by Browning are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 16008MWH50 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Goodyear.
