Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gems FS-926 26944 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued General-Monitors products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hoke parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Gse product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader General-Monitors such as the TS40004004 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7387004R manufactured by Hoke and we are pleased to be able to service most Hoke systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 24650256KO by Manufacturer Gse as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Heise Brand 621E1V2061SH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Honeywell such as FFSB14R044S2 equipment made by Honeywell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Honeywell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Honeywell" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 42061918252 made by Gse as well as the popular CM1008S original spares produced by Harisonic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 32536P0 by Gf-Signet and FFSB14R044S2 spares by Honeywell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ML6984A4000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell.
