Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Galaxy 6762686 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Microfast products, including obsoleted and phased-out Smc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Micro product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Microfast such as the MPCM3200M11 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MHZ210DW manufactured by Smc and we are pleased to be able to service most Smc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FMA111AV by Manufacturer Micro as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Allen-Bradley Brand 1761L16BWBseriesE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Midas such as mdaems51 equipment made by Midas have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available DN120 made by Microscan as well as the popular DMS1NA1CSP original spares produced by Micro-Motion

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 176424AWA1769OW81764LRP1969ECR by Allen-Bradley and mdaems51 spares by Midas are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
