Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Galaxy 5103014600 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Micro-Memory products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micromotion parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Powell product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Micro-Memory such as the 90630 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 127727024 manufactured by Micromotion and we are pleased to be able to service most Micromotion systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S322BA1B1C1D1EOF1G0H2 by Manufacturer Powell as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Milacron Brand 6046 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Miki such as ANG04GDBV equipment made by Miki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Miki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Miki" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available A86B6B0600130000138N110 made by Miller as well as the popular FIS08800001 original spares produced by Microscan

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 63FT30 by Micro-Switch and ANG04GDBV spares by Miki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VDP3440PM3428P Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mgs-Stober.
