Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fujikin WVG-SD-O1Z1C2A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Furnas products, including obsoleted and phased-out Furuno parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Full-Dancer product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Furnas such as the 14DSS32A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BR530 manufactured by Furuno and we are pleased to be able to service most Furuno systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Q7995S258 by Manufacturer Full-Dancer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Furnas Brand 14KF32AFSERB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ite such as G103D246 equipment made by Ite have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ite products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ite" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HST10N made by G-K-Heller-Corp as well as the popular MPS1FC9602MPS1MPUSYS original spares produced by Fujitsu

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D720694014KF32AF75KF14SERB by Furnas and G103D246 spares by Ite are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
