Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fuji RYS201S3-VVS-ZA2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mycom products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mitsubishi product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mycom such as the SD45230 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FRE52001KN manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MelServoJ4 by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mitsubishi Brand MRJ203A5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Harmonic such as HA6001 equipment made by Harmonic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Harmonic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Harmonic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FX2N16EYT made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular N0534A original spares produced by Ifm

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KBLC240DS by Kb and HA6001 spares by Harmonic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DV1234 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Panasonic.
