Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fuji RYC102C3-VVT2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fuji products, including obsoleted and phased-out Heldt--Rossi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Honeywell product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fuji such as the FRN025F1S4U spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SM807750100 manufactured by Heldt--Rossi and we are pleased to be able to service most Heldt--Rossi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A49302115100 by Manufacturer Honeywell as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Haas Brand 6540756 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ge such as 304A8468 equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 6KFPH3025101368 made by Ge as well as the popular DSC31100115V original spares produced by Indramat

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 176B3006 by Graham and 304A8468 spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NB2W36R11 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fuji.
