Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fuji KKE343007E parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Giddings--Lewis products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fuji parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Imagine product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Giddings--Lewis such as the DSA46460Vsercos spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FRN015G1S4U manufactured by Fuji and we are pleased to be able to service most Fuji systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature WPC2W900XL210A by Manufacturer Imagine as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Imagine Brand WPC27SWWPC27CP20A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Huifeng such as F1000G00072SB equipment made by Huifeng have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Huifeng products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Huifeng" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6KDV3035Q4F10D4 by Ge and F1000G00072SB spares by Huifeng are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
