Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fuji 7MBR15SA120D-01 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Square-D products, including obsoleted and phased-out Daytronic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fuji product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Square-D such as the 8502SGO2V06 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9005913092739515A manufactured by Daytronic and we are pleased to be able to service most Daytronic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7MBR30NE060 by Manufacturer Fuji as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Allen-Bradley Brand 8002554302R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Square-D such as 8803P00CO4H equipment made by Square-D have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Square-D products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Square-D" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 920194301 made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular 9558R0060 original spares produced by Eurotherm

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 800B by Intelligent-Instrumentation and 8803P00CO4H spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A02B0271B506 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc.
