Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Finscan DSV1-SIH-G87 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Heidenhain products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fritz-Kubler parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Foxboro product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Heidenhain such as the S10004396 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 858701822G131 manufactured by Fritz-Kubler and we are pleased to be able to service most Fritz-Kubler systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 871A1F by Manufacturer Foxboro as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Foxboro Brand E13DMP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Guardstar such as BS08003015CB equipment made by Guardstar have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Guardstar products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Guardstar" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 61693 made by Gems as well as the popular DRD1P5 original spares produced by Hach

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HI4S18K45 by Hardy and BS08003015CB spares by Guardstar are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 100248 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gds-Corporation.
