Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Flowserve parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Warner product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the KT87T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KR3C3500033 manufactured by Flowserve and we are pleased to be able to service most Flowserve systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MPC151 by Manufacturer Warner as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sumitomo Brand HM319514A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cone such as HU35 equipment made by Cone have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cone products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cone" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HU30A0255 made by Textron as well as the popular MEF2115 original spares produced by Rex
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MWE120XX1V by Link-belt and HU35 spares by Cone are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MP27 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sealmaster.
