Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fanuc A16B-2100-0115 / 02A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Furnas products, including obsoleted and phased-out Furnas parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Futec product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Furnas such as the 42JB32AAD8 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 14FF32AA71 manufactured by Furnas and we are pleased to be able to service most Furnas systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FS50033 by Manufacturer Futec as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Baldor Brand VS1MX112 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fusion such as 858399800 equipment made by Fusion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fusion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fusion" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 15BF32A made by Furnas as well as the popular ICM1100 original spares produced by Galil

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E82071020220 by Mitsubishi and 858399800 spares by Fusion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1BUB1B030A21K1M12A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gardner-Denver.
