Extech Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Extech EC500 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Extech EC500 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the EC500 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our EC500 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fairchild such as the T790041503ON spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PD35080 manufactured by Extron and we are pleased to be able to service most Extron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 44D222355G03 by Manufacturer Ge-Fanuc as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Fadal Brand PCB0005 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Falk such as M1190DBC3 equipment made by Falk have been added to our featured items. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
